Start with Cécile our collaboration with special people who are passionate about Fashion and Nature.
Cècile is the first “icon” that I have chosen to represent the style Fuscra in the World; where fashion is passion but also nature, simplicity, delicacy, determination and desire to change things: so Cècile is my Special Guest from France.
Known casually, we started a collaboration. Common themes that fascinate our lives: fashion and nature.
I asked Cecile to talk about her world and her passion.
Hi Cécile,
we read your blog “maxcebycecilej.com” and you talk about your passions. But what is your real passion? What is your essence?
C: Actually the main way to describe what I am passionate about is creating and assembling, in many domains. This goes from simply putting things together in an harmonious way in an outfit to create an interesting mix of textures and volumes. This way of doing things is also here when I cook or decorate my home when I sew my own clothes, I like to put a lot of attention in details and harmony. I am fascinated by people creating and coming up with unique ideas! I also am extremely curious to learn and get out of the comfort zone, so discovering and trying new things is a great interest of mine. This is really exciting!
What do you do in your life and where does your passion for writing in a blog?
C: In my real life, I am a Master degree student. This is my second year. I am studying education and my major theme is education for bilingual children. I used to study foreign languages and linguistic. All of this is really far from what I am doing on my blog! I suppose it’s a way to describe my character: I tend to go in many directions that may not seem to get along!
How much time do you spend for your blog and how it has helped you and your passions?
C: I Spend about 5 to 10 hours per week on my blog, including photo shootings, writing, social medias. Blogging has mostly helped me to come out of my shell. I used to be extremely shy! It has also made me work in domains I would never have expected, such as computers. Now, blogging is a great way to relax from studies and to share things is enjoy. I also went on a trip to Sweden thanks to my blog. This was one of the best times of my life and an amazing experience!
C: I listen mostly to jazz and swing music, sometimes electro swing. It makes me feel energetic!
Your dream for the future?
C: First of all, graduating from university and start working as a teacher! For my blog, I hope to just keep having inspiration and such fun in it!
If I were an icon of the past … what historical figure would you be?
C: There are so many amazing and beautiful fashion icons! But I think I would rather be a designer. I recently went to see the gorgeous Jeanne Lanvin exhibition, I am still mad about her creations!
When Cécile offered me her collaboration with my brand Fuscra and after I visiting her blog, I was impressed by her elegance and delicacy.
Her blog is very rich in details and style suggestions.
I think that Cècile with its delicate essence will bring a useful contribution in the fashion world.
Thanks To Cècile for her time and for her friendship.
